You'll then dive into Alabama License Law—covering the purpose of the law, commission structure, license types, and trust fund requirements, which make up a full one-third of the state exam.

From joint tenancy to deeds and title recording, this class explores how property is held and legally transferred. Understanding this is critical to explaining ownership rights to clients.
Pre Day 6 of 12 - Mid Term Exam

You’ll take a 50-question, proctored exam covering everything from License Law to property ownership. A passing score of 75% is required.
Pre Day 7 of 12 - Property Value and Appraisals / Disclosure / Environmental Issues
Day 7 of 12
Learn how appraisers determine property value and how to spot red flags in disclosures. We'll also cover environmental concerns that affect real estate like mold, radon, and lead-based paint.
