Violations: Understand the common legal pitfalls and statutory violations in real estate, and learn how to avoid them to maintain compliance and uphold industry standards.
General Principles of Agency: Gain a comprehensive overview of agency relationships, including the roles and responsibilities of agents, the types of agency, and the critical importance of disclosure.
Fiduciary Duty: Explore the fiduciary duties required of real estate professionals, focusing on loyalty, confidentiality, obedience, accounting, and due diligence to protect and prioritize client interests.
Course Schedule:
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: Choose between morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
