On the fourth day of our Salesperson Pre-License course, we delve into important concepts surrounding real property and the regulations that govern its use:

• Real Property: Explore the characteristics, definitions, and types of real property. Understand the distinctions between personal and real property, the various forms of property ownership, and how property rights can be transferred.

• Land Use Controls: Learn about the regulatory measures that influence land use, including zoning laws, environmental restrictions, building codes, and other public controls. Understand how these regulations affect property usage and the implications for real estate practice.

Course Schedule:

• Days: Mondays and Wednesdays

• Times: Choose between morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
