Day five of our Salesperson Pre-License course focuses on the various forms of property ownership and their implications for real estate practice:
Forms of Ownership: Explore the different ways property can be owned, including sole ownership, co-ownership, and ownership by legal entities. Learn about key concepts such as joint tenancy, tenancy in common, tenancy by the entirety, and community property.
Implications of Ownership Types: Understand how each form of ownership affects the transfer of property, rights of survivorship, and decision-making responsibilities. Gain insight into how these ownership structures impact buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions.
Course Schedule:
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: Choose between morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
