Mid-Term Exam: Test your knowledge of the topics covered so far, including Alabama License Law, general principles of agency, fiduciary duties, real property, land use controls, forms of ownership, and transferring and recording title. This exam is designed to assess your understanding and retention of the key principles essential for your success in real estate.
