Property Value and Appraisals

On the eighth day of our course, we dive into the critical topics of property value assessment and the appraisal process:

• Property Value: Explore the fundamental concepts of property valuation, learning about the different approaches to determining the worth of real estate, including the cost approach, sales comparison approach, and income capitalization approach.

• Appraisals: Gain insight into the appraisal process, understanding the role of an appraiser and the various factors that influence their assessments. Discuss the importance of appraisals in real estate transactions and how they affect decision-making for buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Course Schedule:

• Days: Mondays and Wednesdays

• Times: Choose between morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
