Day ten of our course delves into the crucial aspects of real estate contracts and the fundamentals of financing:

• Real Estate Contracts: Learn about the components and legal requirements of real estate contracts. Explore various types of contracts used in real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and brokerage contracts. Understand how to draft, interpret, and negotiate contracts to ensure they are legally binding and protect the interests of all parties involved.

• Financing: Gain an understanding of the different financing options available for real estate purchases. Discuss the roles of mortgages, loans, and lenders in real estate transactions. Study key financial concepts such as interest rates, loan types, amortization, and loan qualification processes. Examine the impact of financing on buying and selling decisions and how to guide clients through the financing process.

• Days: Mondays and Wednesdays

• Times: Choose between morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
